We have an opening within our Customer Service Group for a Repair Parts Specialist. The position is based at our Elkhart, Indiana Corporate Headquarters and reports to the Customer Engagement Manager. Parts and Repair is a highly technical aspect of our business, one that requires a strong background in instrument repair and knowledge of various parts and their inventory needs. This position works closely with our product management teams to ensure parts, and their representative diagrams, are available for all instruments as they go to market.

Position Overview:
The Repair Parts Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving Customer calls in a courteous, timely, and professional manner. This role assists and fields questions from Customer service on repair parts and maintains the Conn-Selmer Parts Sales Website. They set-up new repair parts and assist with discontinuance of old repair parts. The role also liaises with other key functions, including coordinating with the Product Management team to ensure new products are supported from a service parts perspective. They also support the Elkhart Distribution Center to ensure parts received by vendors and internal plants are properly labeled.
